Where to rent a bike in Girona
Girona is one of the best-served cycling towns in Europe, and you are staying in the middle of it. Rental bikes can be delivered fully set up to the reception and lounge area beneath the apartments, so your bike is waiting when you arrive.

Bike shops we recommend
Four shops we send guests to, all within easy reach of the apartments. Book ahead in spring and autumn — Girona fills up, and the good bikes go first.

Eat Sleep Cycle
30 seconds from the apartments
The closest shop to us by a distance, and a cycling hub as much as a rental counter — café, workshop and social rides under one roof since 2016. The fleet is refreshed every season, and you can add pedals, shoes, a helmet or a bike computer to the booking so you can travel light. They deliver across the region and run guided rides with local riders.

Velodrom
5 minutes from the apartments
Three floors of premium bikes in the Barri Vell, with a café serving La Maglia coffee at street level. Their road rental is the Aurum Magma — the bike Alberto Contador and Ivan Basso designed after retiring — built up with SRAM Force AXS and Enve carbon wheels, from around €70 a day. Puncture kit and pedal adapters come as standard, and you can add a Hammerhead GPS.

Bike Rent Girona
A Bianchi specialist, Dutch-run and in Girona since 2016 under former professional Paul Kneppers. Not a walk-in shop — reserve online first and they will sort collection with you, which is worth knowing before you turn up at the door.

Cycle Tours Catalonia
The official Specialized rental centre in Girona, which means current-year Tarmac and Diverge models rather than last season's. They have been running rides here since 1996, so the route knowledge is deep, and they offer self-guided and guided tours alongside straight rental.
